Newsflash

  • For 2009 / 2010, the city of Plymouth has been a national "rough sleepers" champion because of its pioneering work to reduce street homelessness. Plymouth has a strong partnership of service providers working with the local authority to end rough sleeping.

  • PATH has launched its new website. The entire website has been redesigned and redeveloped by a local freelancer called Neil Cawse. Our new content managment system means we can keep you better updated on our services.

Information for Landlords

PDFPrintE-mail

Path works closely with a number of Letting Agents and Landlords in Plymouth.

It is not Path's aim to place (sometimes) vulnerable tenants into accomodation that they do not have the skills to maintain. We see ourselves, our clients and landlords all having the same goal: long term, stable tenancies.

In acknowledging that sometimes there are problems, we hope to provide support and advice for both tenants and landlords in order to help keep tenancies running smoothly.

We do not manage properties, simply offer assistance, therefore we do not charge for the support we offer to landlords.

We have put some key information together for the landlords and agents that we work with, or for those who are thinking about working with us.
